How early should I arrive before my first class?
Give yourself about 15 minutes to fill out paperwork and get answers to any questions you may have.

Do I need to bring anything with me to class?
Water and a towel is all you need unless you're taking the kickboxing class which you will be required to bring gloves* and hand wraps.
*Minimum 12 oz gloves and 180" wraps preferred. Gloves are available for purchase in-house.

How long is each class?
Each class can range from 35-50 minutes long.

What if I am running late for a class?
Punctuality is important in all of our classes. We take tardiness very serious and (in some classes) have made the entire group run up to 50 laps before class. Don't be "the one"!

What if I have never done this type of workout?
No experience is needed and all fitness levels are welcome. Each class is laid out for you so all you have to do is show up.

What if I can't finish the class?
It's common to feel overwhelmed when you are trying something new but it's ok if you don't finish your first class as long as you push yourself to what you are capable of doing.

Can I still benefit from the class if I have limited range of motion or previous injuries?
Yes, exercises can be modified to accommodate your needs.

How many times a week should I take a class to see results?
Ideally four times a week would be best but always remember you only get out what you put in.

How fast can I see changes or results?
On average, people see results after their first month!

Can I bring a friend with me to try a class?
Yes, we do have introductory rates for a week or a month for Nevada residents.
