What is Revolution F.I.T?

Revolution F.I.T. classes are our most popular classes. Functional Instructive Training (F.I.T.) classes combine a variety of exercises to stimulate every muscle in just 35-45 minutes! Classes vary daily, revolving around both resistance and body weight training at a cardiovascular type of intensity. F.I.T. classes are ideal for both fitness enthusiasts or beginners since you create and set the intensity based on what your body and mind can handle. No one is here to judge you and you will be amazed by your body’s improvements simply from these classes. Remember, it’s your workout, “If it’s easy you’re making it easy, if it’s hard you’re making it hard!”

What is Cardio Kickboxing?

Cardio Kickboxing classes are designed to keep your heart rate high and energy levels even higher! Classes combine a combination of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows in a fun and safe environment. Whether it’s hitting the heavy bag or working with a partner, you’re sure to leave class feeling de-stressed from a long day. Think of it as MMA training without the prospect of ruining your moneymaker.

What is Revolution L.I.F.T.?

Revolution L.I.F.T. classes are designed to help build strength and lean muscle. Lessons In Free-weight Training (L.I.F.T.) classes are structured around a 6 week program that focuses on a specific muscle each day. Classes are suited for all experience levels and an instructor will be there to guide you through each movement. The L.I.F.T. class offers that consistent workout partner or “spotter” when performing Free Weight exercises.
